The mazurka is a popular European folk dance in 3-time with a playful, offbeat groove. When I made the Mazurka jumper, I worked repeating bands of 3 colours with slip-stitch cables to add interest and interrupt the rhythm. It’s not hard to see why it made me think of the dance! The construction starts with a circular yoke, from the top-down, and ends with a relaxed split hem. In this design, I have included 3 bust shaping options to improve the fit. You can also work the jumper straight with no additional shaping. See product images for schematic and size charts. This adult sized jumper is designed to be worn with a relaxed fit.
