Fuse For Powerstart Battery Pack 425 amp Fuse In-line for PS700/800/1224 500 amp Fuse In Line for PS1224HD/24HD A spacer may be required when replacing the original fuse in the pack Instructions to change the fuse You need a PH3 screwdriver to undo the four casement screws. Remove the back case and lay the pack on it’s front. You will need both two 10mm and two 13mm spanners to undo the bolts that are holding the fuse in place. The new fuse is a different type to the factory fitted one and will need a larger washer on the 10mm end connection. Then just bolt in the replacement fuse and put the rear case back. Ensure that when tightening the casement screws up that they are only tightened to pinch tight otherwise the captive nuts in the front casing will be pulled out. 500amp Fuse hole centre approx.600mm Choose your option using the buttons
